Excellent post Ed. I’ve always tried to follow Kathy’s rule; “Never put all your eggs in one basket”. This post is another reminder of how important diversification can be.

Hi Ed this is important stuff, I have warned people time and time again about diversifing their sales and looking at other avenues to sell in, eBay rule changes have destroyed parts of my business model so it has been a matter of looking at other alternative, don’t forget about Amazon, Play.com and setting up your own dedicated product websites, it is now more important than ever.
