I totally agree about the timing. I am just trying the 10 day listing to see what effect it has, as I’m in a niche market I have ittle competition but time will tell.

I have sold on ebay on and off for the last 4 years but never thought of the concept of looking at who my target market is and what their hours are. Thank you for the “Aahaa” moment! Now I understand why some things sold well and others didn’t!

Yes on the mums times, but avo is another good time as bubba often has a nap. and school times too.

Thank you for the insight. I plan on getting back into ebay selling when I have finished JT’s course. I will keep the time info in mind!

Hi Ed,
Educating and humorous as always! There are so many things to understand about eBay but knowing when you get the best return on your ad is ultimately important. I’ve always believed that it is all about the “timing” in life…being in the right place at the right time!
Tell Doris she to check up on those sandwiches…at the club that is..;)

Interesting Ed. I’m not using eBay yet, but can see how timings may be important. I’m probably too lazy however to do anything – I would be happy at the moment just to get one sale.
