Using this formula for writing sales copy has made some internet marketers quite a great deal of money !
You see A.I.D.A is designed to convert sales letter READERS to BUYERS , period, and is very affective at doing so, formatted correctly!
So lets break down A.I.D.A ?
ATTENTION: The Headline
Did you know, whenever a potential buyer comes across your sales page , that person will only be drawn into what you have to offer , for a few seconds!
Get this wrong and they just , wave bye-bye!
So as you can see, its so very important to construct the opening title copy just right to capture your prospect and anchor them to read on !
But to keep them reading , you need to create..
INTEREST: Product Benefits
As your prospect moves along, you need to keep them drawn into the sales funnel for your product, ultimately clicking on the buy now button at the end of your pitch!
So how do we do this?
By storytelling your product , but not as matter of fact !
You simply, outline the features ,and whilst doing so point out the benefits of them to the customer , this can be done affectively by bullet points !
People want to live their lives in the most beneficial way possible so in the early stages of your sales letter after the initial attention hook , gain interest and tell them of every BENEFIT you possibly can that your product has to offer , during this process you will create..
DESIRE: Testimonials FingerPrint Future
At this juncture, you delve deeper into the benefits of why the potential buyer really should buy your product , how it could have an adverse affect if they didn`t!
EG :
“Buy this xyz product anti-wrinkle serum NOW, don`t wait five years to find your fine lines and wrinkles are here to stay..
PROVEN FORMULA,UNRIVALLED”!
Also in this section, provide genuine testimonials , make your prospect realise that these successful people once where reading this sales letter, this will create a crystal ball affect , their own successful future mapped out for them !
This in turn , will raise the call to..
ACTION : What you want them to do, THEY WILL !
The finale, this is the section known as a “CALL TO ACTION” basicially it closes the sale, by this stage you have created that much
#Interest
and
#Desire
The buyer is reaching for their wallet,or subscribing to your customer list or whatever direction you want your prospect to take within the pitch !
That is the essence of COPYWRITING!
